Lucid Software, which develops visual, cloud-based productivity software, has raised $36M in a funding round, the company said this morning. The funding was led by Spectrum Equity, and also included Kickstart Seed Fund and Grayhawk Capital. Lucid, which was co-founded and is led by Karl Sun, said the funding goes towards expansion of its solutions. The company said its customers include Hubspot, Kohl's, Pearson, Quantcast, Spotify, Uber, and Woolworths. Lucid's tool offers up cloud-based, visual diagramming, such as for drawing an organizational chart or network diagram.
