Parascript Launches New Handwriting Recognition Software
Longmont, Colorado-based Parascript said this morning, along with partner EDAC Systems, that EDAC has released a new version of its ReadSCRIPT handwriting recognition software. The software is used for extracting data from paper and electronic files and records. The new software is powered by technology from Parascript. Parascript's software technology is used for such things as recognizing handwriting on checks; processing mail; and recognizing handwriting on application forms.
