O.C. Tanner Buys Kwench
Salt Lake City-based O.C. Tanner, a provider of employee recognition awards, said over the weekend that it has acquird Kwench, a company in India which develops software-as-a-service for the employee recognition area. According to O.C. Tanner, it will add nearly 50 employees to its existing footprint in India. O.C. Tanner says it already has a headquarters in Mumbai and a second location in Hyderabad. According to O.C. Tanner, Kwench works with more than 500 companies across 63 countries. O.C. Tanner is led by CEO Dave Petersen.
