Centershift Acquired By Yardi
Salt Lake City-based Centershift, a developer of cloud-based software used by the self-storage business, has been acquired by property management and real estate management software company Yardi. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to the companies, Centershift's team will remain in Salt Lake City. Centershift was led by James Hafen, and had been founded in 2001. Centershift's cloud-based applications were used by both small owners and management firms and large operators in the self storage industry.
