ALMSA Acquired By Yardi
Eagle, Idaho-based ALMSA Corporation, a developer of software used to manage electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medication administration in assisted living and long-term care communities, has been acquired by property management software provider Yardi Systems. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. According to Yardi, it will continue to have an office in Eagle, Idaho, and will maintain all of ALMSA's key personnel in the acquisition. ALMSA was founded in 2002.
