GHX Acquired By Thoma Bravo
Louisville, Colorado-based GHX, the developer of healthcare supply chain software and services, has been acquired by private equity firm Thoma Bravo. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to Thoma Bravo, the current GHX senior management team will continue to manage the company. GHX (Global Healthcare Exchange) is led by Bruce Johnson, and provides a wide range of electronic trading and supply chain software and services for the healthcare industry.
