Vico Software Acquired By Trimble
Boulder-based Vico Software, a developer of software for the commercial construction industry, has been acquired by Trimble, Trimble announced Friday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Trimble said the asset acquisition will help extend its solutions for building construction. Vico Software becomes part of Trimble's Engineering and Construction Segment. Vico was headed by Mark Sawyer, and was venture backed by Borealis Ventures, Highway 12 Ventures, and Village Ventures.
