RightNow, the developer of customer relationship management software, has released the latest version of its flagship RightNow CX software, the company announced today. According to RightNow, the updated software now includes new Twitter options, including a "Agent Desktop Twitter Following" feature which allow service agents to follow customers with in Twitter, and also integrates with Twitter direct messaging and email. The firm has also added up new search tools, integration with Cisco UCCE, better email branding, and more.
