Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies said Tuesday that it has enhanced the firm's software-as-a-service offering for retailers. RightNow said that its retail customer relationship management (CRM) offering, RightNow Retail, includes new live chat functionality, ability to capture customer feedback, cross selling functions, and marketing promotion enhancements. RightNow is a provider of on-demand, CRM tools used by companies to manage customer service, sales, and marketing.
