Avnet Buys Firm In India
Phoenix, Arizona-based Avnet said Thursday that it has acquired Ontrack Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a Mumbai, India-based systems integrator. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Ontrack provides systems integration services in the area of security, networking, consolidation, virtualization, storage and server solutions. Avnet said that Ontrack will become part of its Avnet Technology Solutions Asia Pacific operation. Ontrack\'s revenues for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008 were approximately $13M.
