Interactive Engineering Consortium Acquired By Avtex

Denver-based Interactive Engineering Consortium (IEC), a provider of both on-premise and cloud-based contact centers for companies, has been acquired by Minneapolis-based Avtex. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Avtex said the buy will help it expand its presence in the Mountain West region.
