Airy Technology Acquired By Particles Plus

Orem, Utah-based Airy Technology, a manufacturer of handheld and remote particle counters, has been acquired by Particles Plus, a fellow developer of particle counters, the companies said Wednesday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. As part of the deal, Particles Plus said it would relocate Airy Technologies to Stoughton, Massachusetts.
