![]() Thursday, May 8, 2008 iMergent Names Williams to Board of Directors iMergent Inc., a publisher of e-commerce software for small businesses and entrepreneurs, reported today that it has appointed David R. Williams to its board of directors. Don Danks, iMergent's chief executive officer, said the company was excited to have David and that the board would lean on him for legal and accounting expertise. Intermap neglected to identify the project or the client. Per the agreement, Boozer, who plays power forward for the hometown Utah Jazz professional basketball team, will make appearances on behalf of Overstock.com through April 2012.
