iMergent Names Williams to Board of Directors iMergent Inc., a publisher of e-commerce software for small businesses and entrepreneurs, reported today that it has appointed David R. Williams to its board of directors. Don Danks, iMergent's chief executive officer, said the company was excited to have David and that the board would lean on him for legal and accounting expertise. Williams possesses a law degree and is a CPA, the company noted. Since 2004, Williams has served as chairman and CEO at Equity Management Group. Prior to that, he served as an independent consultant for eight years to tax, real estate and venture capital interests. iMergent is headquartered in Orem, Utah. posted on Thursday, May 8, 2008
