![]() Monday, May 5, 2008 Amkor Names President Chandler, Arizona-based Amkor Technology said this moring that it has named Ken Joyce as the firm's President. Amkor, which provides semiconductor assembly and test services, said that Joyce will also continue as the firm's COO. Joyce has been at Amkor since 1997, and has served as CFO, Chief Administrative Officer, and COO of the firm in that time.
