    Amkor Names President
    Chandler, Arizona-based Amkor Technology said this moring that it has named Ken Joyce as the firm's President. Amkor, which provides semiconductor assembly and test services, said that Joyce will also continue as the firm's COO. Joyce has been at Amkor since 1997, and has served as CFO, Chief Administrative Officer, and COO of the firm in that time. According to Amkor, Gil Tily, the firm's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, succeeds Joyce as Chief Adminstrative Officer.

    MediConnect Global Names Bywater Global President
    MediConnect Global Inc., provider of a hosted medical records storage and retrieval service, reported Monday that it has hired David H. Bywater as global president. In this role, the Salt lake City, Utah-based company said, Bywater will supervise all of its operations.     PakSense, YottaMark Co-Develop New Smart Label
    PakSense Inc., a manufacturer of "smart" packaging materials for the shipment of perishable goods, revealed Monday that it and YottaMark have co-developed a time and temperature smart label that will provide growers, shippers and retailers with several key tracking features.
