Simplifya Finds $3M In Series C For Cannabis Software
Denver-based Simplifya, a developer of cannabis compliance software, said this week that it has raised $3M in a Series C funding round. Simplifya said the funding was led by Merida Capital Partners. The company also said that it is leaving open the possibility to raise another additional $2M in the funding round. The company said the funding will go towards continued growth and expansion. The company last raised a funding round in February, worth $3M. Simplifya is led by CEO Marion Mariathasan.
