Central Logic Names New Board Members
Sandy, Utah-based Central Logic, which develops software for the healthcare industry, announced today that it has added two new independent members to its board. The company said it has named Jodi Hubler, Managing Director of Lemhi Ventures, and Dennis Weaver, MD, MBA, Chief Clinical Officer at Oscar Health to the board. Hubler heads Lemhi Ventures, a $335M healthcare services venture capital fund. Weaver has also served at The Advisor Board Company, and served on at Scott Medical Health Center and Whiteman Hospital early in his career. Central Logic develops software used by healthcare facilities for patient transfers, scheduling, reporting, and other areas.
