Central Logic, a developer of on-call scheduling and patient flow management software for the healthcare industry, said today that it has named Angie Franks as the Chair of its Board of Directors. Franks previously served as Chief Marketing Officer for SportsEngine (acquired by NBC Sports), and also served as President, CEO, and a board member of Healthland, an electronic medical records firm. She also has served at The Advisory Board Company, Lawson Software and other companies. Central Logic is venture backed by Iron Gate Capital and Mercato Partners.
