Techstars is powering yet another, corporate-backed accelerator, this time in Hartford, Connecticut. Techstars said last week that it is launching the
Stanley+Techstars Additive Manufacturing Accelerator, which will focus on additive manufacturing, the technology use to build 3D objects using layered, 3D printing of everything from plastic to metal and concrete. Techstars said it will be accepting ten startups for the new program, which will start in Q3 of 2018; the company has not yet named a managing director of the new program.
