Kindara Turns To Crowdfunding For Fertility Tracking Devices
Boulder-based Kindara, which develops smartphone-connected, fertility tracking devices for women, said today that it is turning to crowdfunding for its Series A funding round. According to the company, it will tap into crowdfunding site SeedInvest for the fundraising, where it is already taking reservations. The company says it hopes to accept those investments later this summer, when qualified by the SEC. Kindara, led by CEO Ira Hernowitz, said the new funding round will go towards the development of exciting new technologies and product enhancements. Kindara has previously raised funding from Boston Seed Capital, SOSV, Good Works Ventures, PV Ventures, MENA Venture Investments and 62 Mile Ventures.
