Arizona Gets First Direct Connection To Microsoft Azure
Phoenix, Arizona has a new direct connection to Microsoft Azure, thanks to a new connection with CyrusOne. CyrusOne said it has added connectivity through Microsoft Azure ExpressRoute today at its Phoenix data center campus, which gives enterprise customers direct, private access to Azure, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365. CyrusOne also is connecting up the Phoenix data center with Microsoft Azure Government, the U.S. government approved version of Azure. A number of other local data center providers also have connections to Microsoft Azure ExpressRoute, including a link at CoreSite in Denver, and connections through Zayo Group at its Dallas, London, Silicon Valley, and Washington DC locations. CyrusOne's Phoenix and CoreSite's Denver connections are the only direct Microsoft Azure ExpressRoute locations in the region.
