Salt Lake City-based Qualtrics, the developer of experience and customer and employee feedback management tools, has launched an expanded professional certification program for its software, the company said this morning. According to Qualtrics, the expanded program helps users become certified on the Qualtrics XM Platform, and will offer up six different certifications on aspects of the company's software and to help them develops skills and expertise needed to close experience gaps. Qualtrics did not say how much it charges for its enhanced certification programs and courses.
