Convercent Raises $10M
Denver-based enterprise ethics and compliance management software developer Convercent has raised $10M in a new funding round, the company disclosed on Friday. The funding came from Sapphire Ventures and Tola Capital. The company has now raised $47M in funding. Convercent is led by CEO Patrick Quinlan. Convercent's customers include Ruby Tuesday, Zenefits, Kimberly-Clark Corporation and PPG Industries. Quinlan is a technology industry veteran, having co-founded Rivet Software.
