Convercent Gets $11M More For Compliance Software
Denver-based Convercent, which develops enterprise compliance management software, is announcing this morning that it has raised $11M in its Series C funding. The funding was led by Tola Capital, and also included Sapphire Ventures and other existing investors. Stacey Giard of Tola Capital will join the company's board as part of the funding. Convercent is led by Patrick Quinlan. The company said the funding will go towards enhancing it products and for global sales and marketing.
