Dizzion Gets $6.4M For Cloud Desktop Service
Denver-based Dizzion, a provider of a cloud-based, remote desktop service, has raised $6.4M in a Series A1 funding round. The funding was led by Grotech Ventures and Access Venture Partners, and also included Point B Capital and Correlation Ventures. As part of the funding, Dizzion said it has added Roy Dimoff, retired ViaWest Chairman, CEO, and co-founder, to its board of directors. Dizzion offers up cloud-based, virtual desktops, in particular for third-party contracting, work-from-home programs, and remote workforces. Dizzion is led by Steve Prather.
