CoreSite Strengthens Link Into Amazon Web Services
Denver-based data center operator CoreSite Realty says it has added another, direct link into Amazon Web Services, with a new direct link at its Reston, Virginia data center. CoreSite said that data center is now connected into Amazon Web Services (AWS) Direct Connect, the program which gives direct, dedicated links from data centers and colocation providers to Amazon's cloud. CoreSite now provides those direct access connections at four of its data center markets, including Los Angeles, New York/New Jersey, and Silicon Valley, in addition to the new Reston, Virginia location.
