Tendril Rolls Out Mobile App For Consumers
Boulder-based Tendril, which develops energy reporting and other software for the utility industry, says it has rolled out a new, mobile app to help its customers engage with consumers. Tendril said its new, Tendril MyHome application--with initial customer Duke Energy--is a "mobile-first" application which helps energy providers deliver push notifications, offer up energy efficiency tips, take payments and handle billing, and more for those providers. Tendril said its software can be customized by energy providers, and helps them avoid both having to build their own solutions, or use what it called "expensive, monolithic" enterprise software vendors. Tendril is led by Adrian Tuck.
