Sovrn Buys OnScroll
Boulder-based online advertising technology provider Sovrn said it has acquired OnScroll, a UK-based ad technology developer. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Sovrn, it has acquired both OnScroll's "in-view" ad technology, and a London-based team. Sovrn said it has named OnScrollco-founder Andy Evans as Managing Director and head of the company's new team in the UK and Europe; OnScroll's other co-founder, Babac Vafae, becomes VP of Business Operations for UK and Europe. Sovrn is led by Walter Knapp.
