Sovrn Finds $18M More
Boulder-based sovrn Holdings, which operates an online advertising network, said late last week that it has raised $18M in a funding round. The funding was led by Foundry Group, and also included Oak Investment Partners, Archer Venture Acquisitions and John Battelle. The company said the funding will go towards both organic and inorganic growth. Sovrn also said the deal included conversion of a convertible note. Sovrn is led by Walter Knapp.
