Internet Truckstop Group Finds Private Equity Funding
New Plymouth, Idaho-based Internet Truckstop Group, a provider of technology services to the freight and trucking industry, has scored a round of private equity funding from Bregal Sagemount. Financial details of that investment were not announced by the companies. ITG, led by Paris Cole, said it will use the funding to continue expansion. Phil Yates, Founding Partner at Bregal Sagemount, joins ITG's board of directors with the funding. ITG was advised by Signal Hill in the deal.
