Wow! Finds $40M In Private Equity Funding
Englewood, Colorado-based Internet, data, and telephone provider WOW! said today that it has raised $40.0M in new funding, from its existing owners, Avista Capital Partners and Crestview Partners. Other details on the funding were not announced. According to privately held WOW! It had revenues of $302.3M for the quarter ended March 31st, and an EBITDA of $112.9M, and now has a total of 784,600 customers.
