Purch Buys ShopSavvy For Mobile Shopping Apps
Ogden, Utah-based Purch, the publisher behind TopTenREVIEWS, Tom's Guide, and many other online publications, has acquired mobile shopping startup ShopSavvy. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. ShopSavvy develops a mobile shopping app, which helps consumers research products and prices for items. The acquisition follows a big, $135M investment round for Purch back in June.
