Welltok Raises $45M More, Acquires Silverlink
Denver-based Welltok, the health information and population health management services provider led by Jeff Margolis, said this morning that it has raised $45M in a funding round, and acquired Silverlink, a provider of healthcare consumer communications products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Welltok said the funding came from Georgian Partners, EDBI and Flare Capital Partners, as well as existing investors.
