Wish you could sell or buy a home--all from a mobile app? A new, Boulder-based startup, SQFT, is hoping to do just that, with a real estate app which helps people sell and buy homes. According to the company, which is led by James Simpson, it has created a real estate app that lets users manage every aspect of home buying from a mobile devices--everything from creating home sales listings, syndicating those listings to real estate websites, to exploring homes, requesting tours, and even negotiating prices and contracts. The company says it uses local, independently operated licensed real estate agents to help buyers and sellers who use the app.
