Zillow Launches Instant Home Buying Offers In Phoenix
Online real estate company Zillow announced yesterday that it has expanded "Zillow Instant Offers", the company's program which makes immediate offers on homes to home sellers, to Phoenix. The program lets potential sellers of homes provide some basic information to Zillow, which then returns with a near instant offer from investors to immediately purchase a home--bypassing listing and showing that home to potential buyers. Zillow aid that potential home sellers will receive offers to buy their homes within two days of submitting some basic information on their homes. Zillow has been running a beta test of the service in Las Vegas and Orlando, Florida, since May of 2017; Phoenix is the first new market for Zillow since it started that test.
