MyHeritage Rolls Translation Tool For Better Family History Research
Lehi, Utah- and Tel Aviv, Israel-based family history and genealogy service MyHeritage is making it easier to research family histories, through a new translation tool and feature. According to MyHeritage this morning, it has launched something it calls "Global Name Translation", which automatically translates names found in historical and family trees from one language to another--which can help connect users with information they might not have found otherwise. The company gave the example of a family in Greece with a family in Greek being able to see connections with a family tree entered in Hebrew in Israel.
