Vivint Solar Raises $330M In IPO
Provo, Utah-based solar power installer Vivint Solar has raised $330M in its IPO, and is now trading on the NYSE as VSLR, after pricing its IPO Tuesday evening. Vivint priced at $16.00 per share, at the lower end of an earlier, estimated $16.00 to $18.00 IPO price. Vivint Solar is a spinout of Vivint, which it owned by private equity investor Blackstone Group. Vivint is now trading around $16.91 per share in morning trading.
