Rally Software Names Former DigitalGlobe Exec To Board
Boulder-based Rally Software said this morning that it has added former DigitalGlobe EVP and CFO Yancey Spruill to its board of directors. According to Rally, the appointment brings its number of directors to six. Spruill was at DigitalGlobe util this month, and previously has served at Thomas Weisel Partners, Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan, along with Corning Incorporated and the Clorox Company. Rally is a developer of agile software management products, used to help companies manage their software development efforts.
