Rally Software Development Corp., a publisher of on-demand Agile software, reported earlier this week that it has hired Dan Hudspeth to fill the newly created position of chief financial officer. The Boulder, Colo.-based business said Hudspeth will oversee its financing requirements, strategic planning and overall financial operations. Rally described Hudspeth as a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in senior financial and operational management. Hudspeth, Rally said, led three companies through the IPO process. Prior to joining Rally, he was managing director of Colorado for vcfo. He also served as CFO for Displaytech Inc., Allos Therapeutics, Genomica Corp. and Communications Systems International. Rally Software develops life cycle management applications.
