Boulder Among Top Locations For CEOs
Boulder, Colorado, has one of the highest densities of CEOs in the United States, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal and Trulia last week. According to the WSJ, it has ranked the housing markets in the U.S. with the highest percentage of CEOs in the metro workforce, and found that Boulder is second only to Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk, Connecticut in the numbers of CEOs living in the city, with 1.45% of residents identifying themselves as CEOs. Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk topped the list with 1.82% of residents being CEOs. Boulder quoted such local CEOs as Lisa Reeves of Gridcraft and her real estate agent, Karen Bernardi, who said that Boulder "is the next kind of Silicon Valley".
