NUVI Taps Vivint Co-Founder As CEO
Lindon, Utah-based NUVI, which develops social analytics software, said today that it has tapped one of the co-founders of Vivint as its new CEO. NUVI said it has named Keith Nellesen, who was co-founder, CFO, and President of Vivint--and who serving as NUVI's Chairman--to the CEO post, replacing former CEO David Oldham, who is shifing to Nuvi's board of directors. The company said Nellesen is taking the reigns to help the company in its next phase of growth. Nellesen was at Vivint until 2012, after he helped sell Vivint for $2billion to Blackstone. Nellesen previously also was the CEO and co-founder of MoneyReef.
