Zayo Expands Link To Amazon Web Services Infrastructure
Boulder-based bandwidth provider Zayo Group is expanding its link into the Amazon cloud today, with an expansion of direct connections to Amazon's cloud at all of Amazon's key locations across the U.S. and London. Zayo said it will support AWS Direct Connect sub1G hosted connections at those locations--which include New York City, Los Angeles, San Jose, Seattle, Ashburn, Va., and London--which allows its customers to have direct access to Amazon's cloud infrastructure. Zayo said it has been working with AWS Direct Connect since 2011, with connections of up to 10G.
