Rally Software Announces Follow-on Pricing
Boulder-based Rally Software priced its secondary offering today, saying that it will offer up 4,860,397 shares of its common stock at $24.75 per share. Rally announced the secondary offering earlier this month, the company has looked to help its early, pre-public investors lock in some of their gains from the company's successful IPO. Rally Software is a developer of software used for Agile software development.
