Rally Software Sets IPO Pricing Range
Boulder-based Rally Software set the pricing range for its IPO today, estimating that the firm would price its IPO at between $11.00 and $13.00 per share. The firm, which is a provider of Agile development software, is planning to list on the New York Stock Exchange as RALY. Rally's IPO is being underwritten by Deutsche Bank Securities, Piper Jaffray, Needham & Company, JMP Securities, and William Blair. The firm is venture backed by Boulder Ventures, Mobius Technology Ventures, Mohr Davidow Ventures, Greylock Partners, and Vista Ventures. The pricing range comes less than a month from the firm's initial IPO filing.
