Otterbox Ties With Samsung
Fort Collins, Colorado-based smartphone case maker Otterbox is in a deal with Samsung, as part of a Samsung partner program, the company announced this morning. Otterbox--which already makes a line of smartphone cases for Samsung's popular phones--said it has become part of the Samsung Mobile Application Partner Program (SMAPP), where it will help evolve Samsung's mobile accessory portfolio. The link gives Otterbox official approval from Samsung for its products via a "Designed for Samsung Mobile" logo on the package. Samsung's line of smartphones and tablets have a dominant position in the world of Android-based phones.
