Sphero Lands On Windows Phone
Robotic ball maker Sphero has just added a brand new platform--Windows Phone--thanks to a third party development effort. The Boulder-based company, whose software runs on iOS and Android, said that a third party developer has launched a new app, which runs on the Windows Phone, to control the firm's programmable robots. Sphero said the new app allows you to drive Sphero, change colors, and take photos with the robot. Sphero said that so far, third party developers have connected everything from Xbox controllers to AR Drones to the Sphero using its open APIs.
