inContact Launches European Data Centers
Salt Lake City-based inContact, the developer of cloud-based, call center software, said this morning that it has deployed a new European cloud for its software. The firm said it now has redundant data centers in Munich and Frankfurt, Germany, which replicates its network in the United States. inContact is using the new data center to support its European and multi-national customers. inContact's software is used by companies to manage their call centers.
