inContact Gains New Customer
Salt Lake City-based inContact, the provider of software-as-a-service for contact center management, reported another win today, with what it described as a global consultancy firm. Size of the win, and name of the customer was not disclosed. inContact said the consultancy is using its product for more than 100 agents across three global contact centers.
