Tendril Launches Developer Program
Boulder-based Tendril, the venture-backed developer of energy management systems, said today that it is launching a new developer program aimed at energy applications. The firm said today that its new Tendril Connect Platform Application Developer Program will help developers build applications on its platform. The new program will include access to open APIs, documentation, sample code, and other resources. The company said that current participants in the developer program include Whirlpool, which is using Tendril's products as part of its smart appliances effort. Tendril is venture backed by VantagePoint Venture Partners, Siemens Venture Capital, Good Energies, RRE Ventures and GE.
