Limelight Gets Another Patent
Tempe, Arizona-based Limelight Networks, the provider of content delivery network services, said Wednesday that it has scored its eleventh patent. The firm said the patent, No. 7,961,625, was granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. According to the U.S. PTO, the patent was granted to Nathan F. Raciborski and Michael M. Gordon, and had been filed July 31, 2006. The patent is a continuation of another patent file on August 1, 2005. The firm was represented by Kilpatrick Townsend and Stockton LLP in the patent filing.
